Recipe For Honey Chilli Potato


Crispy Honey Chilli Potatoes are a highly addicting snack in which fried potato fingers are coated in a sweet and spicy sesame honey chilli sauce, leaving you with sticky fingers that you'll be licking. If you've ever had honey chilli potatoes, you'll notice that, despite being tossed in the sauce, they remain crisp. They have a distinct crunch that makes them stand out, and that's the truth.


Honey Chilli Potato Recipe Hindi


हनी चिली पोटैटो

सामग्री


आलू के लिएः

2 आलू , टुकड़ों में कटा हुआ

3-4 टेबल स्पून मक्की का आटा/ मैदास्वादानुसार नमक

1 टी स्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर(डीप फ्राई करने के लिए) तेल

बेस बनाने के लिएः

1 टी स्पून तेल2 (डंठल के साथ कटी हुई) हरी प्याज़

1 टेबल स्पून लहसुन का पेस्ट

2 टेबल स्पून शहद

स्वादानुसार नमक

¼ टी स्पून सोया सॉस

3 टी स्पून सफेद तिल

3 टी स्पून चिली सॉस

बनाने की विधि

आलू के लिएः

1. एक बाउल में मक्की का आटा या मैदा, नमक और लाल मिर्च पाउडर को एक साथ मिला लें।

2. फिर इसमें कटे हुए आलू डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें। ध्यान रहे, आलू पूरी तरह मिश्रण से लिपट जाने चाहिए।

3. एक कढ़ाही में आलूओं को सुनहरे रंग के होने तक डीप फ्राई कर लें। साइड रख दें।

बेस बनाने के लिएः

1. एक कढ़ाही में तेल, लहसुन का पेस्ट और हरे कटे प्याज़ डालकर तेज़ आंच पर एक मिनट के लिए भूनें।

2. अब इसमें शहद, नमक, सोया सॉस और चिली सॉस डालें। दो से तीन मिनट के लिए हल्का भूनें।

3. फिर इसमें तले हुए आलू और सफेद तिल डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें। गर्मा-गर्म परोसें।

Potatoes are high in vitamin A, which helps the thyroid hormone work properly. Although  potatoes are a carbohydrate, they absorb more slowly and do not boost blood sugar as much as other starchy foods found in the grains and sweets categories.

Hyperthyroidism is curable by consuming the following foods:

  • non-iodized salt.

  • coffee or tea (without milk or dairy- or soy-based creamers)

  • egg whites.

  • fresh or canned fruit.

  • unsalted nuts and nut butters.

  • homemade bread or breads made without salt, dairy, and eggs.

  • popcorn with non-iodized salt.

  • oats.

Hyperthyroidism Symptoms

  • Even if your hunger and food intake remain the same or rise, you may lose weight unintentionally.

  • Tachycardia is a fast heart rate of more than 100 beats per minute.

  • Irregular heartbeat is a condition in which the heartbeat is irregular (arrhythmia)

  • Your heart is pounding (palpitations)

  • Appetite increase.

  • Nervousness, worry, and impatience are all symptoms of anxiety.
