What Is The Balanced Diet
Life gets busier every day, we get that ! But how important is your health for you? Finding our balance is fundamental to us to be able to do all the things we want to. We gotta understand that our body is our temple, if we don’t treat it well, at some point it will crush. Yes! We can work hard, have fun and also take care of our health! Balanced Meal have always been in the tradition and it is not a new concept. In Indian context it was called as “THALI” or One pot meal Indian and in other countries it was called as “ONE POT MEAL”. Thali comprised of different kind of food from different food groups arranged in a plate. One Pot Meal was prepared from mixing food from different food group and cooking in one vessel to conserve energy and save time.
